Everything: Architecture, maintenance, cleanliness, furniture and furnishings, colors, music, ambiance, level of service, wonderful long breakfasts, hotel restaurants, food and drinks, room service, spa section with gym, jacuzzi, heated swimming pool, massage, quiet location in downtown Gramado.

Breakfast was amazing. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but found nice restaurant in the area. Gramado is somewhere I would like to visit again, as we only stayed one night.
